I sized down
I usually wear a 25 or 26 and size s in Lulus. I have slim hips. The 26 was a little too baggy around the knees and fit more like slim pants, not leggings so I sized down. The 26 I was able to pull all the way up to my natural waist but 25 hits a little below the belly button like in the picture.

Ummm Good
I do not like it so much because they are kind of warm. It is loose, but it's fine.

Weird fit
The pants just fit me weird like all baggy at top and fitted on legs... didn't find it flattering for me.

Perfect!
I have been looking all over for a great pair of faux leather leggings that were a reasonable price but looked expensive. Found them! And they fit perfectly!
