Madonna
I wore it to a wedding and it was fun to see the dress flare when you twirl. However, I don't consider myself small chested for a size small, and there was so much room in there and with the padding, it looked a little like cone boobs.

Beautiful for engagement pictures!
I wore this dress for engagement pictures, and it turned out perfect! I loved the color and how the back was out. It was a little shorter than I wanted in the back, so go up a size if that would bother you. Great dress!
