    Wasn't in love with dress, but great customer service!

    I had ordered this dress in the deep plum color pictured, but it unfortunately it arrived in a very holiday red color. However, the return process was super simple. Lulus provided a return label and refunded me within a week of sending back my item! The item itself seemed like a very nice fabric, but it was a bit long.     Perfect dress

    I couldn't have asked for anything better! The color is absolutely perfect, the fabric is great, and the cut is stunning. The dress fit me perfectly, thanks to the website's size recommendation. I'm so glad I chose a size that was precise and required no unnecessary adjustments except for a length alteration. I received so many compliments and felt amazing wearing it!

    Super cute

    Great Fall Color

    I had my mom lift the straps a bit so there wasn't a little slip, but other than that it fit perfectly and was comfortable! I got a lot of compliments!
