Spandex sort of feel. I probably wouldn't wear this one out-- it's more of a business casual look. Good fit.

I want this in every color!
Perfect fit! Great material and stretch. Has an underslip to make sure it's not see thru. Love this skirt. Rock it with vans or dress it up with heels!
