A bit snug in shoulders/arms

Great Work Blazer
Really like this blazer for the office! Shoulders are a little tight when bending over or crossing arms since the material doesn't have much give. I probably needed a M for the shoulders but since I'm short I feel like the M would then seem too long. Very versatile. Have even worn for interviews. Cute Casual Blazer
The blazer itself is perfect. The color has more of a yellow tint than I anticipated and just washes me out. So be warned, if you have more olive undertones, you may want to avoid the Taupe Blazer.
