Very professional

Average women's size 5'4"-(120-160 lbs.)
The jacket style is flattering for an average size body but the sleeves are tight around the arms. I bought a small & medium for my age 48 daughter's B-Day and both were tight in arms. I then bought an extra large to accommodate arms and average/medium frame so the cleaner's seamstress can alter if needed. Nice Casual Blazer
It's a linen-y kind of blazer, so don't expect anything sturdy and fitted. The sleeves are a bit loose and long for me, so I'll have to wear them rolled up. Fits tight
