Unable to exchange!
I ordered my normal size but the shoes were too large. I have gotten nothing but a run around on an exchange for a smaller size. Sent me an email with a "click HERE to exchange" and it sent me no where! I am not happy and will not order through here again!Response from Lulus.com: Hi Heidi! LOVE. PERFECT.
This is my first pair of heels that aren't wedges or are taller than an inch. They are SO aside in the sole, and I love the material and color as well. I ordered an 8.5, but it was slightly too big, so I'm returning and getting a half size smaller. I loved how they looked on even more than how I loved them in the picture.
