SO pretty but runs large
I saw some reviews that this dress ran large but it was so pretty I decided to give it a try (they did not have a smaller size at the time). Last time I ordered an extra small I had wished I ordered a small so I wanted to give it a shot. Unfortunately it was too big making the neckline way too deep for the occasion I had gotten it for. So pretty!
I purchased the gold version first since the green was out of stock in my size. I really liked it, but the gold color (which is beautiful by itself) washed me out since I am very fair skinned with light hair. I wish that color worked. The green on the other hand is perfect! I absolutely love this dress! It is so flattering, and would be on many different body types because it is a true wrap dress. I said it runs small, but I think that all of Lulus stuff runs small. So perftect!
I absolutely adore this dress. I bought it for a friend's wedding and had countless people come up to me complementing it. It fit true to size and hung just right in all of the right places and made my waist look so tiny! The fabric is great quality and soft. Perfect!
Perfect fit, amazing fabric. I was afraid the wrap dress would be flying open but the double string closure is perfect to keep everything under wraps. The color of the velvet is vibrant and luscious. I highly recommend!
