Looks like a bathrobe
It's like expectations vs. Reality. I already had a vision of me wearing this in a party but those are not going to happen because it look like a bathrobe in person. Love!!!
Okay so this is really snug and adorable, however since I have a small bust, when I sit down I have to make sure the wrap on the top doesn't expose anything on my chest since it gets kinda loose. Perfect for formals and winter parties

Very Dramatic Cut
It is a very pretty dress, however, the neckline and high-low are a bit more dramatic than what is pictured. I will definitely need to use some tape on the neckline to ensure everything is covered when I wear it. I also had the skirt hemmed to lessen the high-low as the front is just above the knee while the back was close to my heal. I brought the back up to about mid-calf so it would look more normal on me. Cheap fabric
I will be returning this item due to cheap appearance of velvet and color. I like the deep red color pictured, mine is a more pink "berry" item. Will be perfect for the winter!
I bought this dress for an upcoming wedding later this year, and also because I've always wanted a velvet dress. The color is beautiful, and the fabric quality is pretty good. I was a little worried the high-low would be a little extreme, but it's a perfect ratio! Also, I was concerned about the top gaping based on other reviews, but I thought it fit perfectly.
