CUTE but runs a little small in the hips

Ehhhh
I have a bigger chest and couldn't quite get this to fit me right. Too much fabric in the front and just looked baggy but you can only tie it so tight? Also, the amount of fabric at the bottom is much more ballooned and not near as skinny as shown in the picture. Weird Fit
I've bought from this website before and I've always been impressed with the quality and fit. Unfortunately this was not the case for this piece. It's fits very oddly in that the bottoms are a little tight on my butt and almost give a wedgie appearance and the top is very loose and baggy in weird places.
