Extra fabric in hip area

Disappointed
This was my second time ordering from Lulus and I was so disappointed because my first experience was amazing! This dress felt much more cheap than the first dress I bought. It fits extremely snug around the hips and thighs, and I don't have what you would consider large hips. However, this will not keep me from shopping on this site! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

I bought this dress for a cruise to wear at dinner, but then realized I had forgotten a backless bra to wear with it- don't forget that minor detail! fit: true to size.
