Love this!
Really recommend this top! The blue is gorgeous and the frill detail is so cute. Comfy and fits me perfectly. Might buy it in more colors. If you're debating- don't! Just buy it

Staple piece
So cute and can be worn dressed up or down. At work, I wear it tucked in a pencil skirt; and when I want to be more casual, I tuck it into high-waist black skinny jeans. The arms dress up an otherwise basic tank top. I sized up to S, so that it's a bit more flowy and longer.
