Runs large
I typically order a small but when I measured myself I was supposed to get a medium. I didn't listen and got a small and it fit pretty well. FANTASTIC TOP

Perfect work shirt
I ordered size bigger as I wanted plenty room for the girls/chest as well as to accommodate for broad shoulders. I wear it tucked in so it looks professional and not baggy.
