Beautiful velvet, but...
Well, thought I'd try this since it was on a good sale and I was looking for something new and fun in velvet. It's a very pretty romper but it didn't work for me style wise. I got my usual xs which seemed a little small this time around and the waist part of it just felt too thick and 'bunchy' (for lack of a better word!). Loved it even more than I thought I would!

Wanted to love it but too low cut
I ordered my usual size and it fit perfectly. I loved the style and the material BUT the neckline was so low that my bra was visible. I took it to a tailor to pin it and she said it wouldn't look good because the two layers of fabric were too tight and pinning them together would stretch the material and make it look gathered. Too short
Unfortunately this romper was just too short in the back. I have an hourglass figure and the top fit very nicely but I felt like I couldn't move without exposing my booty so I had to return. Not for me
I was so excited about this piece when I bought it. Unfortunately, when I get it and tried it on, I didn't love the way it looked/ fit. The fit just felt so awkward and there seemed to be too much material in the stomach area. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Weird fit
I wanted to love this but as soon as I put it on, it looked super weird. The fit in the stomach to crotch area just had a lot of fabric. A friend said it looked like a hotel robe. I'm a slender person but my figure was not accentuated in this romper. The fabric is quite lovely and I think the top half of the romper is great. Unflattering
This is the worst romper I've ever tried on. It's a very deep v, and pleated high waist - if you don't have a pooch you will in this. Not built for girls with a long torso, and no room in the shoulders. I usually wear a small but sized up. It wasn't enough with this. Runs small and really short
