Thin, Poor Fabric
Tried so hard to like this dress as I loved it from all the photos I saw on reviews. Overall fit of this dress was pretty good, a bit large but not so much so that I would have changed sizes. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed in the cheap look, feel, and weight of the fabric quality of this dress. Not great fabric
The fabric is not shiny or satiny it is a very thin cotton lawn fabric and it is slightly see-through. lovely, but it went back
having issues with the overall quality control of sizing for all lulus items. a large sometimes has extra room, then sometimes it fits like a small. ordered the xl thinking that the front closure would need some extra fabric to keep the girls in check, but i was swimming in the thing! for reference i'm generally a 10/L in most brands.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Kelly! Feminine, pretty dress
Wish this dress had less material in the hip/rear area. The excess material made my hips look wider. Very feminine and comfortable material, though. So many compliments!
I got an XL because I'm pregnant and wanted to hide the bump a little but also because I didn't want my boobs popping out! The dress was amazing - I wore it to a wedding and got a million compliments! A little long and I put an extra pin at the bust to hide some cleavage but overall it is fantastic!
