When the item arrived and I opened it. I was pleased with the softness, the length, and color. When I wore it for the first time, I got compliments on how good it looked. I like the sweater because you can dress it up, and wear it casual. Having a sweater I can button to fit like a dress almost is nice. I ordered it a size larger because I like loose fitting clothes. A bit long

Poor quality
Bought an XS, had to return because it did not do anything to spruce up any outfit as the quality was just too poor.
