Extremely tight

Cute but short
I ordered this dress for a wedding and it was VERY cute. Usually I'm an extra small but I ordered a small bcuz the reviews said it's short. Even with a small it was still very short and I had to keep pulling it down when I moved around. Sizing up also made the waist area a little loose so it didn't fit that well.
