    Bodice of this dress is NOT as appears in photo

    I was very excited to order this dress. Since I'm petite but busty I ordered in sizes XS and S cause that's what I normally wear in Lulus. The XS fit like a glove everywhere but the bodice. It was SO loose and hung super low, not like how featured on model in photo. Straps aren't adjustable so there was no way to adjust the cut of the neckline. Wearing a bra looked worse and showed since the sides cut low. I love Lulus but this was a bummer!

    Almost a Winner

    The cowl neck hung funny on me- especially from a side view. The dress itself fit pretty great, but the neck was a deal breaker. I knew I wouldn't be happy with all of the excess material, and I'm not small chested. The alterations would have to be within the neck and not shortening the straps, which wasn't worth it to me.

    Cheap material leads to weird fit

    Was shocked that I did not like this dress. It had great reviews I was so excited to wear it for a winter wedding. The material feels cheap beyond belief. The fit is not as sleek in the picture , the material ends up bunching up in unflattering areas. Will be returning

    Okay

    This dress was pretty and fit well everywhere except the busy. It was far to loose for someone with a small bust

    Not to happy with material

    The material of this dress is kind of thin and not at all what I expected, definitely to expensive for a dress so cheaply made. It was to late for me to send it back so I guess my lost.

    yes and no

    I love the way the dress looks however it has been really hard to find a bra that does not show. Because the top is loose and the back is low it has been difficult even with a strapless to hide the bra. For me I tried two sizes a small and a medium. The medium fit really well below but the top half was very loose and ill fitted. The small fit better at the top but was much tighter at the bottom. I ultimately decided on the small. Plus of the...     Love this dress!

    I debated buying this dress for a year, and I finally did when it went on sale. I'm really glad I did! It fits well, and is a little tight but without constricting my breathing. The top fold does hang a little loose since I am not very full-chested, but still looks great. Although it is velvet, the fabric is not thick and has some stretch to it.

    Nice fit but...

    First, the good: The colour, fit and length (despite me being on the shorter side) are amazing! The reason for the missing two stars: I will still need to take in the straps by an inch to fot my upper body properly.     Wow!

    Wow this dress is form fitting and perfect for date night. I love that it's longer so I'm not constantly pulling it down throughout the night. The dark green is a beautiful color. The only negative is that the straps are very long and not adjustable but they work ok for now.

    Didn't fit like I was expecting

    I know this dress got rave reviews from everyone else, but it just didn't work for me. The waist and body fit fine and I liked the fabric. But, the shoulder straps were a bit too long for me and also the cowl neckline just didn't lay right like it does in the model picture, it just sort of stuck out in a weird way that was not flattering.
