Everything about this dress is PERFECT. The material, fit, & color! Color is a tad darker in person than the photo appears.

Not for me
Too large in the waist for me, which I knew was a possibility given my shape. Also, the slip showed in an unflattering way under the fabric. Stunning - Best dress from Lulus
I have quite a few Lulus dresses (love the quality and fit!), and have also tried and returned another few. This is by far the best dress from Lulus for its quality, feel, fit, and by how it makes you look. I have this dress in both black and red, and in sizes S and M (I am usually between 137-143lbs, and wanted to make sure the dress would fit even if I gain a couple of pounds). Not suited to petite short-waisted frame.

Cute basic little black dress you can wear a lot of ways
This is a basic black dress without being too basic. The deep front and back V-necks and a little side slit give it enough of a wow factor for me, a 66-year-old who wants to look classy but not at all frumpy. I ordered a large, though I mostly wear small/medium in most clothes. I don't like even the slightest suggestion of my not-so-flat stomach to show, so I sized up.
