Cute and flattering

Perfect for Graduation
Ordered this dress for graduation, fit perfectly. Not too tight or too loose at the waist. The cutouts are flattering. Length is a little past fingertips. My daughter wore this to my brothers wedding. We purchased an S (online out of XS). She Felt it was a little loose in the midriff area, she would go XS. She got a lot of compliments and looked adorable!
