Runs too small

This dress was beautiful, great quality, and would have been perfect for the holidays. Ended up being a little bit too tight, compared to another dress I also ordered in XS which fit perfectly. This material is soft but the dress itself is not very stretchy and there isn't much room to give and it was uncomfortably tight.
