Horrible Returns Policy.
I ended up keeping all 3 products I ordered although they didn't fit me well. For this product, there was no option to return it and for the other 2, I had to pay 35EUR to send it back. Sexy, but not supportive or comfortable
I mean, you probably shouldn't expect shoes like this to be very comfortable, ha! But there was little to no cushion in the soles and the ankle strap doesn't add any security. I bought my usual size and they were a little big, so I'd say they run 1/2 size large, and that's part of why they were so uncomfortable for me. I tried them on once and put them right back in the box to return!
