Great Customer Service
I ordered these to wear to a wedding hard to find exactly what I want but Lulus had them!!! When they arrived there was a nick out of the toe on one shoe-very noticeable. I communicated with customer service via email. They apologized and asked when I needed them and got me a new pair in the mail with time to spare! Very cute - but too big
I am a 8.5 in all Lulus shoes however, sadly, had to return as they were too big. Keeping my eye out for availability in a size down as they are very cute.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Colleen! Perfect Summer Shoe!

Adorable but not super comfortable
A great little sandal, but I wouldn't wear it for more than a few hours unless you wear heels all the time. I have 3 pair of these!
I wear these to work almost every single day. I have them in 3 different colors. They fit true to size (size 7 for me) .. I do have 2 pair in a 7.5 and I use gel sole inserts for those. The buckle rubs just a little bit so I sometimes will use band aids to prevent a blister. The comfort of these shoes are undefeated... I can wear them all day long and they pair nicely with dress pants, jeans, or a dress! I will be ordering more colors!!!
