This item came exactly as it was described on the website. I ordered a half a size down from what I usually wear and they fit perfectly. These shoes are honestly perfect. They're so perfect, I bought two pairs (black/stacked & nude). The heel isn't high at all, so they're very easy to walk in--even for long periods of time! these are a staple shoe
These shoes are just as comfortable as the reviews claim them to be. I'm someone who's on my feet most of the day and so far I haven't had many problems. I have weird ankles and after a little while the strap gets uncomfortable, but I think that's a 'me problem'. I have no problems with my heels or the balls of my feet, which is amazing.
