Great Customer Service
I ordered these to wear to a wedding hard to find exactly what I want but Lulus had them!!! When they arrived there was a nick out of the toe on one shoe-very noticeable. I communicated with customer service via email. They apologized and asked when I needed them and got me a new pair in the mail with time to spare! Very cute - but too big
I am a 8.5 in all Lulus shoes however, sadly, had to return as they were too big. Keeping my eye out for availability in a size down as they are very cute.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Colleen!
