I wanted to love these so bad!
I am a women's size 11 but also have wide feet. I should've known these were going to scrunch up my toes but I needed to at least try them. Lulu's! Way too large (and I'm usually a true 8)

Stunning
Bought as a shoe to add a pop of color to an outfit. Love the look. A little tight around the toes right now, but as I wear them it could stretch it slightly (not too tight to change size though). Ankle on smallest loop is tight, but doesn't cut off circulation. Definitely not worried about these accidently falling off!
