    Heel broke off of shoe after only 20 min of wear

    The heel of one of the shoes broke off while we were taking pictures for my daughter's prom. She only had them on for 20 minutes. It looks like it wasn't assembled correctly as the nails were not properly seated into the heel. Unfortunately, they will not take them back, and it appears I will not get a refund either. We really loved the shoes stylewise and would have given them 4 stars, but the fact that they broke and my daughter had to hobble around without the heel stinks.     Great shoes!

    These shoes were exactly what I was looking for. They fit very well and are true to size, look just like the photos. I love them!

    Higher Than I Can Handle

    They are pretty for sure. So many reviews said these were comfortable. I have to disagree. There is no way I can wear them for the event I was planning on wearing them to. I could not even handle trying them on in my kitchen for more than 5 minutes.

    Stretches out

    I sized down like I always do for heels. Upon trying on and a quick wear around the house, they were good to go. After an hour of wearing at the event, the toe strap started to stretch out, and my toes were hanging off the edge. Either size down a whole size and break them in or choose another shoe. These aren't great for a first time wear.

    Cute heels BUT

    Cute heels, perfect color, but absolutely did not fit. It was loose and very uncomfortable.
