Too Big =/
I bought these loving the style, but was disappointed because of the size and had to return them. They definitely run big. I typically wear a 9.5-10 and ordered a size down (9) as some other reviews suggested. The heel is quite narrow and slipped off my foot with every step trying them on at home. Not for wide feet!!
I love the look of these shoes. They do run big as far as the length of the shoe goes though. I usually wear an 8.5 and I ordered an 8. They are still a little big, but manageable. However, the strap going across my toes is pretty tight. I don't want to send them back so I'm just trying to stretch the strap a little.
