Beautiful but runs 2 sizes too small

Super weird fit
I loved the look of these shoes in person, the color is elegant without being too flashy (like a lot of the glitter shoes I've looked at for my wedding). Unfortunately, the fit is wayy off. I ordered a 6.5 (my Lulus size for heels), but the toe strap is like too big for the length of the shoe or the angle? I have no idea. I bought this shoe in 4 colors because I love the style. However this shoe is cheaply made' the ankle straps rub horribly and the foot strap is too narrow (I have narrow feet). Love!!! Great heel height and thickness very comfortable. The suede is nice and clean and looks very expensive.
