The strap is too tight
Maybe I have large ankles but the ankle strap is too tight. I missed the window to return so I'll be punching an extra hole in the strap and that should work. Also they aren't the most comfortable. I'll be buying some pads to put at the balls of my feet. They should work ultimately.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Hannah, thanks for your review! Great Buy

Cute, Versatile Shoe
Cute, versatile shoe that can be dressed up or down. Unfortunately, the sizing is off. I am usually a 7.5 and found it a bit small -- returned for a size 8 and that was big around the back of the heel/strap. I still kept the 8 but wished it fit better. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Love these!
I loved these heels. I wore them for the first time to a wedding. I am not a heel gal typically, except for special occasions. They were comfortable and the only thing that was getting in my way of wearing them longer than 5 hours were the straps, which I was surprised by.
