Too small for me

It's beautiful and classy!
I bought this for my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our theme was elegant. The shoes were perfect for my champagne-colored, beaded dress. They were first out of stock and I was so sad. Size doesn't match!
I ordered exactly my size but it was too tight! I tried to exchange to a bit bigger size but I am not in USA and I couldn't return it. I received second shoes before I was able to return the shoes. They charged me again for not returning the parcel. That's scam! They double charge me for one pair of shoes.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Nana! Plus size
The shoe was super cute but didn't work for me. I am plus size and the added weight that is on the balls of the feet did not do well at all on these shoes. Within 2 min, my feet were already hurting.
