Runs small

A little to big

Very pleased

A little big
I am a true size 7, in most all shoes. I do have a bit of a wider, thicker foot and ankle. I read the reviews about going a half size down but thought with my foot size I should stay at a 7. There is a bit of gap room, and it is hard to say if a 6.5 would be more comfortable.
