Never arrived, extremely disappointed
I ordered this item on august 18. Supposedly the item was processed and shipped August 19. A week and a half later the tracking information was not updating so I contacted customer support to speak with someone to see where my package was. I was told to wait until August 30 and if my package had not arrived to contact customer service once again, which I did and I explained my situation and the urgency of receiving said package.
