Cute dress but too low cut

Wanted to love it, but it didn't fall nicely
Let me start by saying that I loved the concept of this dress, and when it arrived the dress was very well made. It didn't seem cheap at all, and I loved the fabric (which glimmered beautifully). However, the top of the dress was just way too large. I ordered a size XS, and the whole dress fit except for the chest. It fell mid thigh. Okay
I bought this dress and it was way too long for me being short. The material was a little weird but overall the dress did not look as flattering as the picture. Top of Dress Too Big
The color and fabric of this dress is very nice and light - however the top was way too big on my chest and you are unable to adjust the straps. Wish it fit but I will be returning.
