    Wrong dress for my body

    I was so excited to wear this dress for my bridal shower, but when I tried it on, you could see straight through the dress. My entire stomach was on display even, though the dress is lined. So, I put my Spanx on and I looked in the mirror and it was horrible. I have wide hips and my thighs are thicker and based on other reviews I ordered a medium.     I was so excited to wear this dress for my bridal shower, but when I tried it on, you could see straight through the dress. My entire stomach was on display even, though the dress is lined. So, I put my Spanx on and I looked in the mirror and it was horrible. I have wide hips and my thighs are thicker and based on other reviews I ordered a medium. My bust is only 34 so I needed alterations on the top but it looked so bad I will, unfortunately, be returning the dress. I'm bummed. It looks really good on others, but maybe just not the right dress for my body type. - Christina F.

    Perfect for bridal shower

    This dress fits beautifully and is really thick, high-quality material so it doesn't look cheap or flimsy. It was perfect for my bridal shower brunch. I felt sexy and beautiful without looking skanky or like I was going clubbing. Definitely a perfect purchase and true to size.

    Perfect go to for any occasion

    Was very pleased to see it wasn't super thin. I bought it for a wedding - I wanted a dress with sleeves because I'm always cold indoors. It's conservative enough for business functions yet still attention getting because of the fit. Wore it with the Marie taupe suede lace-up heels from Lulu's.

    One Word: Shapewear!

    This dress was perfect for our city hall wedding! I felt absolutely gorgeous! Based on other reviews, I couldn't decide if wanted a medium or large, but I noticed in other photos that there could be some scrunching near the armpit area so I went with medium. Like others said, it stretches and forms to your figure, so you're fine with the smaller size if you're undecided too. It's also as thick as others said; I didn't have a bra on but I felt...     This dress was perfect for our city hall wedding! I felt absolutely gorgeous! Based on other reviews, I couldn't decide if wanted a medium or large, but I noticed in other photos that there could be some scrunching near the armpit area so I went with medium. Like others said, it stretches and forms to your figure, so you're fine with the smaller size if you're undecided too. It's also as thick as others said; I didn't have a bra on but I felt like I had plenty of support. The only thing about the fit is that it's not forgiving of bellybuttons or cellulite lol. I'd definitely recommend pantyhose or some shapewear but honestly, after the ceremony we went back to the Mexican restaurant where we met, so I have no regrets on choosing comfort! I'd pick this dress a thousand times over and I'm so grateful to Lulu's for making me feel beautiful on a budget - Lindsay G.
