like the shoe but...
it was a little big and the strap that goes above the toes HURT! After reading some reviews that it ran a little small, I ordered half a size bigger only to find out that it runs true to size.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Kristena! Love the look!
I ordered these in a size 6, and I'm normally a size 6. However, these are a teeny bit larger. There's about a finger's width of room in the back when I push my feet to the front of the shoe. However, have the straps around the ankles makes the slightly larger fit more tolerable. They look exactly like the picture and I love the suede material. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars

I ordered a size down (10) from my normal 11. The first order was too large, so I exchanged for size 9. The new size was a bit better, however I didn't feel very supported in the shoes with the skinny straps, so I ultimately returned them. LOVE
The majority of ankle strap heels are very uncomfortable for me, but I LOVE THESE! The heel is just chunky enough for better stability and they are super cute!
