    Ankle straps are way too big

    We kept trying to figure out these shoes thinking there was a trick to getting them to fit but no matter what we did, the circumference of the ankle strap when buckled leaves over an inch of room so they just fall off her feet. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of the 30-day return window so now we are stuck with them

    Cute!

    It's okay

    The size of the shoe was true to size, but the straps around the ankle were kind of loose so when you walked it left gaps between your foot and the shoe. The strap by the toe was also a little uncomfortable.

    Shoes size run big.

    The shoes run large for size 7.5. Even though I adjusted the back string, I still feel loose. The front string over the toes are also loose. I usually wear 7.5 W, but these shoes have more room than I can handle.

    Not for narrow feet

    I wanted to love these, but unfortunately, I have really narrow feet and both their toe strap and ankle strap were too big for me. So bummed because otherwise they were comfortable, but had to return. Wouldn't recommend if your foot is narrow.
