    Shoes for a wedding

    As a first time Lulus customer, I was beyond thrilled with their customer service. The original shoes I ordered had a strap that was broken, and they immediately rush ordered a new pair to me. They didn't even ask for the original shoes back. This is what outstanding customer service looks like, and I will be a forever Lulus customer!

    Super Uncomfortable

    These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I've probably ever worn. I would have definitely returned them, without hesitation, but I was asked to buy these for bridesmaid outfits so I'm stuck wearing these all day for a wedding. The straps move a ton around my ankle, which makes the shoe floppy and makes them constantly scrape my ankle as I walk, I plan to wear some sort of skin protection around my ankle or modify the shoe myself so I don't...     Not for wide feet

    Runs small, specially on the sides. Doesn't look good on wide feet and it's uncomfortable to walk in.
