    Damaged Shoes

    Shoes and box arrived damaged. Black mark on heel and multiple cuts/scrapes in the material. Material is also creased on the sides. Shoes are way too large.

    Runs large

    The strap is too loose, you can wrap around ankle though for a tighter fit instead of making another hole. I have skinny ankles and feet but I would still say size down. Very cute though. Not much traction so not for long walks.

    Not great

    They look super cute, but they are extremely uncomfortable. I bought them for a wedding, and I will probably throw them away after [because] they are that bad. The straps also are super weird and confusing, and we had to safety pin them on. That said, Lulus does have great customer service which I appreciate! I would definitely order other products from them, just not these shoes.

    Very cute!

    I ordered a size 9 and they fit my feet perfectly as far as length and width goes but the ankle straps were quite loose. I had to add a few extra holes for the buckles to make it more snug! They were still pretty comfortable after that (didn't have to take them off until I got home from the wedding I wore them to) and they look really cute. Will be wearing them to another wedding later this summer!
