Too big

Perfect Homecoming Dress
The dress was just a tad bit long for me (if fell just above the knee) seeing as I am 4'11", but it was a quick hem. - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
A little baggy up top
I have a pretty small frame but I'm a little chesty so I was surprised a size small was a little baggy at the top. I feel like an extra small would be a little too tight though. TOO SMALL
This dress was very small. I ordered a size up and it was still a little tight. Beautiful dress though.
