Quality lacking

Love this dress!

Super Cute Swing Sweater Dress
I LOVE this dress. The fabric is so soft and the cut is very flattering. Some people complained about the sleeves but I'm pretty sure they are designed to be 3/4 length as part of the styling. TOO SHORT
I'm slender with an average height. This puppy has sleeves that don't reach my wrists and if I raise my arms, my buns hang out. Order a size up. The fabric is really nice, soft and thick. The navy is beautiful, I wish it worked out. I don't think I'll order a size up, I'll just return it.
