Love the style!
This dress is perfect for a holiday party, but I would size up, I usually wear a small and i returned for a medium. The sleeves are a bit of an awkward cut, cant raise your arms fully but not a bit deal just for a dinner dress. If you like the style its a good purchase

Runs small

This dress was super flattering! I first ordered a size xsmall but returned it for a small because the sleeves were too tight. The small fit much better in the sleeves.

Classy and comfortable :)
I LOVE this dress! I wore it for a winter wedding and it was really pretty - I got so many compliments. It was also crazy comfortable and easy to dance in. The best part is that I wore a regular (not strapless) bra underneath and you really couldn't tell (with G sized boobs this makes a HUGE difference). I highly recommend it!!
