cannot express how much I love this dress
This dress is glorious. I wore it to my husband's work Holiday party, and got so many compliments from people I had never met. It was flattering and easy to move around in with the back slit, so I never felt restricted. I was able to wear a pair of butt shaping spanx and the waistline didn't show at the bottom of the backless area, which was great. I cannot wait to wear it again. Most appropriate name for this dress
This dress is elegant, stunning, and sexy. For someone who has a smaller bust, this dress makes up for it with the revealing sexiness in the back. When I wear this dress I get stopped by at least three women each time asking wear I got it. Pairs really well with the gold strap high heels. Looks great if you stand still
Standing up, the dress looks and feels great. Sitting down, the front of the dress sits tight on the front of your neck and slides off your shoulders. I'm normally a size 4 but ordered a medium so it wouldn't be too tight. It hugs your curves well but the shoulders need to come back more to avoid slipping and the neckline needs to scoop more to avoid choking. Loved it!
Dress has great structure which holds the open back in place. Hem hit me just below the knee which gave me a really sleek slim look. Sleeve length was perfect and the material was warm and comfortable for a February wedding in Rhode Island. Felt great to sit and dance in! High slit
This slit was way too high. Also, the top fit great. If you're a small on top and curvier on bottom, this may not be the best. My butt didn't fit at all, but I'm a size small on top. Any larger and the shoulders wouldn't stay. I'd say you'd have to be same size top and bottom otherwise the fabric is just not flexible enough.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Charlotte! So, I loved this dress. I am short so the back just looked silly on me though. Just didn't hug my curves. Material is great though.
