Yes!
When they say small they mean small. This dress is tight! Very form fitting and very flattering honestly. I have to use an adhesive bra just to help look like my chest still exist. I'm tall and long so the sleeves were not long at all. They stopped a little past half way of my forearms. I'm not sure if going up a size would make a difference with that but I love the dress regardless! I'm thinking of getting another color!! - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars

So far so good!
I ordered this dress for a Christmas party I'm attending so I haven't been able to actually wear it that's the only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars (yet) but so far I am satisfied I am 5"11 and the dress hits exactly where it's suppose to and supports you everywhere it's suppose to. Very Cute but had to send back :(
Great dress and excellent quality! Unfortunately I ordered an xsmall based on other reviews that it was very stretchy material but it was suffocating on my arms and just overall TOO tight. Would love to order in a small but they are sold out. Otherwise, it's a beautiful dress. (I'm 5'3 and 115lbs for comparision purposes.)
