Broken button
I like the jacket but it run small on my chest and two weeks after I saw one of the jacket buttons was broken ! Bought in Black as Well
I have waited MONTHS for this coat to finally be released and as soon as it was I bought it! I paid for expedited shipping as I was so excited to receive the coat and it arrived 1 day sooner than expected! So... 5 stars for shipping and delivery! Item came packaged neatly and well protected (I was a bit worried about the coat getting dirty since it's white!). Cheap
I LOVE the style and shape of this coat. However, the buttons are cheap plastic and barely hanging on by a thread. What a huge disappointment! I had to return. :(Response from Lulus.com: Hi Kristen! Very Nice!

Fake pockets...
I'm returning this, sick of places selling any clothing without pockets and having the nerve to make it look like it has them. Lopsided button-nipples?
I really wanted to like this coat as I need a dressier one for nicer occasions... but the buttons. The two buttons at the top of the coat lined up perfectly with my chest and were almost level with my nipples and one of the buttons drooped a bit making the buttons resemble lopsided nipples. Just Okay
The coat is cute, but it's very light weight, more of a fashion statement than for winter wear. I'm also not a fan of the thick shoulder pads, they're a lot bulkier than other similar-style coats I've bought. It looks just like the picture when left open, but buttoned up it's very boxy. Sad about the buttons
The coat itself is very nice, the buttons really are horrible quality and for the price I really would've expected a little better. They are a cheap plastic material.
