Waist is too small

Loved it but too small ):
I buy all of my jackets and coats in an XS but this one was too tight in the shoulders, the sleeve length fit me just right though. Thin as a shirt
The quality is very poor. The buttons are a cheap plastic and the coat material is thin like a jacket or a shirt.
