Right around the chest

very cute!

I bought this to wear to a winter wedding in Mazatlan and all I have to say is that this dress is beautiful. I did have to get my straps altered because they were a little bit too long for me but besides that everything fit perfectly. Perfection
I am going to a destination wedding in Cancun and was so stumped as to what I should wear!!! It's an evening wedding and dressier than most beach events so finding something flowy, sexy and appropriate was almost impossible until this dress popped up!!! I bought this dress for my senior prom and I received so many compliments! It fits beautifully, it is a little long though, but nothing some tailoring or high heels can't fix!
