I would attempt an XS since it's a little long in the intimate area, considering I have a long torso. I also wanted this to be smooth and it's a little wrinkly considering it could be tighter. YES YES
SIZE UP. I'm usually an XS and I got the S and could've done the M. I plan on wearing this out so its okay that its a bit snug to pair with heels and high-waisted skirts or jeans.
