To small
It was too small for me to button up and I am usually a size small.

Would not recommend for short girls
Tightness wise, the fit is great but it is quite long on me since I sized up based on reviews. Only problem is now it's too long! I probably will just wear it like a cardigan rather than a dress since the length is awkward on me.
