Needs to be altered
It's a lovely dress, though it runs a little large, the cut is very specific. If you don't have the exact same body as the model it will not fit you right. I have a long torso (but not abnormally long or anything) and the hips are way too high in this dress which means that I have two little pouffs at waist height. I really wanted this to work
I bought it in the red color hoping it would be a good work/work happy hour dress. I wore it today for the first time and the zipper on the bottom keeps zipping up, making it very inappropriate for work! I thought maybe it was too tight in the hips because of that and also that it shows every lump and bump, even though the fabric is nice and thick but it's also gaping weird just above my butt like it is too big in the waist. Gorgeous dress! Perfect for the office!
I was debating between ordering the L and XL and finally decided on the XL. The dress fits just a tiny bit loose on me, but that is okay as I will be wearing it to work and not as a going out dress(which I would consider buying one in a smaller size for). Such a beautiful, professional, yet sexy style dress. Mine is just a tad loose in the chest area, so it does show a little more cleavage then some may like, but not enough I would ever consider changing or not wearing.
